Instock Manager will be responsible for driving inventory decisions and key supply chain initiatives for CocoBlu’s fast-growing business. S/he will be responsible for developing and executing best practices in managing inventory to maximize sales margin, and inventory turns. S/he will have the responsibility of ensuring all inventory systems and processes are meeting the needs of the business and implementing controls around these processes.
Your day-today tasks will include:
Demand Planning–
- Determining the order quantities by considering forecasts, historical trends and inventory targets.
Inventory Management–
- Manage inventory availability and inventory health including improved in-stock, turns, vendor operational improvement (efficiency, fill rates, lead time) and forecasting.
Define Operational strategy-
- Responsible for defining Operational strategy & Manage day-to-day operational relationships with vendors and distributors partners, including product lifecycle management, expanding selection and optimize sourcing recommendations / decisions.
Drive Efficiency–
- Drive metrics to improve efficiency including inventory replenishment, managing overstock inventory, and operational processes.
Manage Brands–
- Maintain vendor relationship and work on vendor performance improvement through daily communication, training session, tracking purchase orders, investigating late deliveries, resolving order rejections, working with vendors on PO automation, etc.

Your day-today tasks will include:
- Assisting Seller teams with various processes like forecast utilization, scheduling appointments, reducing NCNS.
- Preparing and sharing daily reports such as forecast utilization, NCNS (No Call No Show), Completed and Cancelled, Minutes of Meeting for daily connects conducted with Seller teams and sharing weekly reports such as Standing appt, ISA dump (for ISA utilization confirmation).
- Working on Rejection cases which are side-lined due to multiple issues and act as a bridge between Seller teams, FC and NOC to resolve the issue.
- Working on Vendor Escalations like side-lining of goods due to various issues at FC. Sorting the same, by acting as a bridge between Amazon Team, FC, and Vendor to resolve the issue.

About the Role
The In-stock Manager (ISM) will oversee the attainment of inventory plans from the supply side and will work closely with our Planning and Sourcing teams to manage smooth flow of inventory from our source base all the way to the Fulfilment Centres.
