The ingredients for this role:

A Marketing Manager at Cocoblu will focus on enhancing the online presence of our brands via thought through & robust performance marketing strategies. Your scope will include handling performance marketing management for Softline Private Brand (SPB) and newly launched in-house labels selling via Cocoblu. During the course of the role, you will be given responsibilities to own large scale & complex projects which will exert a considerable impact on customer experience and our business.

Your day-today tasks will include:

Market Place Advertisements –

  • Ownership of conceptualizing, executing, and optimizing advertising campaigns.
  • Aligning ad spends with business goals, seasonal trends, and optimizing spending based on performance.
  • Coordinating with CM/VMs and external partners for specific initiatives such as new product launches and driving product visibility.
  • Regularly tracking and sharing campaign performance with the team.
  • Daily monitoring of balance, spending, sales, and ACOS at a brand level, with course correction if necessary.
  • Serving as a single point of contact for liaison with agency partners for daily operations and execution.

Ads Performance Reporting –

  • Leveraging data to improve efficiency and providing business insights on performance.
  • Tracking performance through a consolidated scorecard using key metrics such as CTR, CVR CPC, ROAS, ACOS etc

Off Market Place Advertisements –

  • Driving ads on platforms outside of Amazon, including Google, Meta, external app properties etc.
  • Drive new initiatives across other channels and partners to help grow the brands.

Knowledge you need

  • Experience in digital and performance marketing including paid search, paid display, SEO, content and paid social

Required Skills:

  • Sharp analytical skills
  • Ability to develop mechanisms for success
  • Ability to build relationships with external and internal stakeholders to drive initiatives that require cross functional inputs

Education & Work Experience:

  • 4 – 10 years of experience.
  • Bachelors, MBA preferable.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience with at least 1 year in brand marketing/product management within E-commerce/FMCG/retail/D2CLaunched new brands on platforms.
  • Ideal candidate worked in Ecommerce/Retail/FMCG background.
