The ingredients for this role:
A Vendor Operations Associate at Cocoblu will focus on inventory management,
solving vendor queries, process owner for executing removal workflows for
multiple categories, own responsibility for driving reduction in unhealthy and
unsellable inventory through “Return to vendor”,
“Refurbishment” and “Liquidation” based workflows
encompassing multiple vendors and ensuring smooth vendor experience.
Your day-today tasks will include:

Assisting Seller teams with various processes like forecast utilization,
scheduling appointments, reducing NCNS. -
Preparing and sharing daily reports such as forecast utilization, NCNS (No
Call No Show), Completed and Cancelled, Minutes of Meeting for daily
connects conducted with Seller teams and sharing weekly reports such as
Standing appt, ISA dump (for ISA utilization confirmation). -
Working on Rejection cases which are side-lined due to multiple issues and
act as a bridge between Seller teams, FC and NOC to resolve the issue. -
Working on Vendor Escalations like side-lining of goods due to various
issues at FC. Sorting the same, by acting as a bridge between Amazon Team,
FC, and Vendor to resolve the issue. -
Compiling and preparing the reports such as Open PO Report, Inventory
report, NCNS Report (No Call No Show – Where Vendors book appointment,
but do not deliver) and other reports on ad-hoc basis. -
Facilitating the Vendors with appointment requests, appointment prepone /
postpone. -
Helping the Vendors with ad-hoc requests such as PO flips, PO Cancellation /
Cancellations, PO extensions, Cost updates
What will help you succeed in the role:
Knowledge you need:
- Numerical and analytical aptitude.
- MS-Office.
- Database management.
- Ecommerce / Retail knowledge.
Required Skills:
- Efficient Negotiation Skills.

Excel – Basic formulas, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Toggling
between sheets and workbooks, etc. - Preparing reports and analyzing large set of data.
- Prioritizing tasks, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines.
- Experience in supply chain and inventory management.
- Coordinated with multiple stakeholders within and outside the organization.
Education & Work Experience:
- Full-Time Graduate / Masters’ with 2+ years of experience.
- Experience in data analysis and graphical projection of data.
- Managing the Returns and Refunds Process.
- Modification of appointments taken by vendor for supply goods.
- Solve the vendor query with effective suggestions related to the process.
- Inventory management with internal team of amazon.

Using tools like selection central for updating the size, color brand name
as per requirement. - Collective data report and chart presentation for daily work traffic.
