The Business Finance Partner will collaborate closely with various departments
to deliver financial analysis, strategic planning, and support for business
decisions. This role involves interpreting financial data, forecasting,
budgeting, and providing actionable recommendations to optimize financial
performance and achieve business objectives.

Your day-today tasks will include:

Financial Analysis and Planning–

  • Conduct detailed financial analysis and interpret financial results.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, including variance analysis, KPIs,
    and performance metrics.
  • Monitor and analyse financial trends, identifying risks and opportunities.

Budgeting and forecasting–

  • Lead the budgeting process, working with departmental heads to develop
    annual budgets.
  • Create financial forecasts and models to predict future financial

Strategic Support-

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to department heads, providing financial expertise
    and guidance.

Project Management-

  • Support financial aspects of key projects and initiatives.
  • Ensure financial considerations are integrated into project planning and

Compliance and Risk Management-

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, standards, and internal
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks, developing strategies to address them

  • Launching new brands on platform.
  • Risk assessment.
  • Proactively manage and nurture vendor relationships.
  • Measure vendor performance.
  • Managing P&L, terms of business and models, buying cost, price and quality
    benchmarking and portfolio management for the brands.

Required Skills:

  • Efficient Negotiation Skills.
  • Vendor/Brands onboarding and choosing the right vendors for your business.
  • Building selection, Pricing and Terms negotiation.
  • P&L and OTB Management.

Education & Work Experience:

  • Full-Time MBA with 3+ years of experience.
  • Experience as a Sales Manager / Vendor Manager / Category Manager / Account
    Manager role.
  • Launched new brands on platforms.
  • Ideal candidate worked in Ecommerce/Retail/FMCG background.
