The ingredients for this role:

The Business Finance Partner will collaborate closely with various departments
to deliver financial analysis, strategic planning, and support for business
decisions. This role involves interpreting financial data, forecasting,
budgeting, and providing actionable recommendations to optimize financial
performance and achieve business objectives.

Your day-today tasks will include:

Financial Analysis and Planning–

  • Conduct detailed financial analysis and interpret financial results.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, including variance analysis, KPIs,
    and performance metrics.
  • Monitor and analyse financial trends, identifying risks and opportunities.

Budgeting and forecasting–

  • Lead the budgeting process, working with departmental heads to develop
    annual budgets.
  • Create financial forecasts and models to predict future financial
    performance.
  • Track and report on actual vs. budget performance, providing insights and
    recommendations.

Strategic Support-

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to department heads, providing financial expertise
    and guidance.
  • Facilitate effective communication between finance and other business units.

Project Management-

  • Support financial aspects of key projects and initiatives.
  • Ensure financial considerations are integrated into project planning and
    execution.
  • Track project costs, benefits, and financial outcomes.

Compliance and Risk Management-

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, standards, and internal
    policies
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks, developing strategies to address them
  • Conduct financial audits and ensure accurate financial reporting

Knowledge you need:

  • Be an Automation Champion.
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and reporting standards.

Required Skills:

  • Prior experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
  • Manage the budgeting process in collaboration with departmental leaders to formulate yearly budgets.
  • Support the assessment of investment prospects, initiatives to reduce costs, and enhancements in profitability.

Education & Work Experience:

  • Completed CA with 4+ years of experience
  • Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and reporting standards.
  • Conduct financial audits and ensure accurate financial reporting
