About the Role

As an HR Business Partner, you will partner with business leaders and provide support in all personnel-related matters. You will liaise with HR functional leads and ensure that solutions tailored to business needs are provided.

What you can expect to do

  • Serve as a coach and consultant to the respective business teams and on key organisational and managerial matters
  • Be the resident expert on all HR-related policies and assist in the implementation of the same
  • Own the entire employee lifecycle and stitch together relevant programmes from onboarding to exit , working with HR functional experts
  • Lead the talent management process for the Business Unit
  • Act as champion of automation programmes and leverage analytical tools to drive actions

What you will need

  • MBA or a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
  • 2-6+ years of HR experience
  • The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to formulate personnel-related plans for the team
  • Excellent planning, organisational, and time-management skills
  • Prior Experience as HR business partner or a specialist in an HR functional area ( e.g L&D, Recruitment etc)
